Welcome! I’m Kerriann, and I’m a telehealth therapist.

I love telehealth for anyone, but especially for busy moms. We mothers have enough on our plates. If we’re going to get ourselves some counseling, then it needs to be easy and convenient. Otherwise, we will skip it so that we can address our family’s endless list of needs.

Any good therapist will offer you a free phone consultation before making an initial appointment. DO IT. Schedule the phone call. Listen to the therapist’s voice, and see if he/she sounds like someone you’d like to talk to once a week. If you don’t feel comfortable, try the next name on your list. (If you don’t have a list of therapists who take your insurance, reach out to me; you can either schedule with me, or I’ll get you a list of names of therapists who accept your insurance.)

Admitting we need help can be hard. Getting the help shouldn’t be. Reach out today. You don’t have to do this alone.
